Hawley & Adams Ave.
Fixed up this nasty tag scrawled across this lovely little box near Black Anvil Tattoo on Adams Ave. & Hawley. Original artwork by Roderick Roboton.
Before and After
Also for those who were wondering, the tag says “…Boof.” “Sure does,” you think to yourself, “but what does it mean?” Well my understanding of the word “boof” and its colloquial context is that a “boof” is like a blunt or a bat — basically it’s a fat sort of cigar that’s stuffed with some good ol’ wacky tabaccy. Which I think we can all agree, is much less wholesome than this awesome depiction of Flaming Lips-esque robots descending into a sparse thicket of trees. So you can consider this box de-boofed (does un-boofed sound better? I dunno anymore).
